The process to obtain an LLC normally takes approx. 48-72 hours to complete once I begin.  Our fee is $975.00, which includes the fees PAID to Texas Secretary of State.  Once I have approval on company name and formation from the TX Secretary of State, I will then also apply for & attain your Federal Tax ID number from IRS.  Please provide the following information in order to begin the Formation and LLC Filing Process: 3 Names for the Company (ranked in order of preference)- We will always start with your 1st choice, however if it’s not available then we go to option 2…3 if needed.
