Hung Nguyen - President

Hung is a father, husband, and a native of the great city of Houston.  He studied Finance & Marketing at the University of Houston and proceeded with a 10 year career in the retail service industry, where he held multiple leadership positions over his tenure. 

With the love and support of his family and friends, he started HARN Financial Group in 2011, where he was able use his personal values to achieve his professional goal- to create a company that differentiates itself by putting emphasis on building relationships and providing unparalleled service to the people of his community.

Rimpal Nguyen 

As the Chief Operating Officer, Rimpal is responsible for the daily operation of the company. In this role, Rimpal has helped established HARN Financial Group as a respected and award winning company. Under her management, HARN Financial Group consistently achieves year-over-year growth by expanding its client base.  

Prior to joining HARN Financial Group, Rimpal served as the Chief Financial Officer for Pennep LLC, where she held various executive positions for eight years.   

Rimpal has been a resident of Texas for thirteen years, where she mastered accounting, became a wife, and a mother of two children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, wake boarding, skiing, and spending time with her family. 

David Holland 
Senior Tax Manager

As the Chief Development Officer, David leads the strategy, real estate development, and growth of HARN Financial Group by fostering relationships with individuals, small businesses and corporations to advance the mission of the company.

Prior to joining HARN Financial Group. David served in management for a fortune 500 company for six years.

David enjoys the company of his family, sports related activities, and was also a collegiate level athlete while undergoing studies at Bethany University.
